Iran tells EU to hurry up efforts to avoid wasting nuclear deal: TV

ANKARA (Reuters) – Iran stated on Monday that Europe ought to speed up its efforts to salvage a 2015 nuclear deal between Tehran and main powers that was deserted by U.S. President Donald Trump in May, Iranian state TV reported.

“Europeans and different signatories of the deal (China and Russia) have been making an attempt to avoid wasting the deal … however the course of has been sluggish. It must be accelerated,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi advised a weekly information convention broadcast stay on state TV.
